It started with a phone call from HR. Then I went in person for interviews with the Manager (one-on-one) and a few Engineers (also one-on-one). I had to come back for a second visit to interview with the Sr. Manager because they weren't available the first day. After my interview with the manager, they showed me around the manufacturing area.
