The interview process involved a 15-minute recruiter call, a 1-hour hiring manager interview, and a 30-minute technical team interview. The recruiter didn't update me when the meeting was canceled. The hiring manager rescheduled twice. After I finished all interviews, neither Jenesis nor Cindy provided an update for over two weeks and a month. I followed up, but got no response. It's discouraging to be ghosted after completing the process without knowing if I was rejected.

Service Management Advisor
So, my interview journey had three main parts: first, a quick call with the recruiter, then a virtual chat with three people from the team, and finally, another virtual meeting with the hiring manager. Everything seemed to go really well, they even gave me some feedback saying my expertise was impressive and they were eager to have me. But then, radio silence for two weeks. I had to chase the recruiter to find out the position was already filled. Honestly, a bit of a shocker, especially coming from a company focused on IT process improvement. Definitely room for improvement in how they handle their interview process.

Data Scientist
Applied online and then a recruiter reached out. She was a bit all over the place with communication, using emails, LinkedIn, and then just calling me. I was thinking about taking the job but then she wanted to chat over WhatsApp because she was traveling, which I declined. We set up a Teams call, and after 30 minutes, she said she'd set up a meeting with the hiring manager for the next day. I didn't get the invite, so I followed up. I thought I was ghosted until after the weekend when she called, apologized, and said she'd send new times. Instead of a meeting, I got a voicemail after work saying they decided to go with someone internal. All this happened in one week. Definitely a lot of weirdness, maybe best to avoid.
- Can you walk me through your background?
- What's prompting you to look for a new role?
Managed Services Consultant
First I had an HR chat to go over my background and what I'm looking for at Nordic. After that, there were two technical screenings: one with a future coworker and another with the potential team lead. All these chats were super chill and I enjoyed them. They didn't really dig into hard technical skills, it was mostly about seeing if I'd fit in.

- What are your thoughts on collaboration?
- If needed, would you step in to help with tasks outside your expertise?
