First interview with HR and then with the area manager. The second interview was very confusing, with no defined responsibilities or concrete description of tasks. I finished the interview without knowing why they wanted someone or when they wanted to hire them.

The interview was okay. They gave a good explanation of the company and the role. They asked a technical question based on a real example. In the end, however, the hiring manager was very focused on asking me about my salary expectations and seemed to want to offer way below the market rate.

Behavioral Technical

After applying through the Nordex career portal, I got an email a few days later inviting me to an interview in 3 weeks. The interview itself took place at the headquarters in Hamburg-Norderstedt. First, the two interviewers from the technical and HR departments introduced themselves and explained their responsibilities. Then, the head of the technical department explained how the company is structured, what they do, and what the job profile entails. There were some technical questions to test qualifications and also questions about my resume. Overall, it was a pleasant atmosphere and an interesting conversation. Some things were also discussed in English, which was not a problem.
