I interviewed with two people, the plant manager and a supervisor. It was a really friendly chat and the questions weren't too hard. It felt like a pretty standard interview. I think they just needed someone to fill the spot, and they didn't really plan on hiring full-time anyway.

The interview was arranged via the school's career services. Many people were interviewed over two days. I had a 30-minute chat with the head of HR and a current co-op. It was very friendly and casual. I was worried I didn't get the job because it took about a month and a half to hear back with an offer.
