The first interview was an introductory chat with an HR person from an external recruiting company, done remotely. The second interview was technical, where I took a quiz with various questions about mechanical design. The third interview was for the job offer.

It was a 30-minute phone call, and if I was a good fit, I'd have another virtual interview and then an in-person one with an assessment. They mentioned they'd let me know by Monday, but if I didn't hear back, it meant I wasn't chosen.

I was in contact with a recruiter who told me about the opening on a Wednesday. By that Friday, I was interviewing with both my direct supervisor and his supervisor. The interview was mostly behavioral and focused on how I would handle communication with suppliers. After the interview, the recruiter let me know they were preparing an offer, and by the following Monday, I had it.
