First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Noone.
Software Engineer
So the interview process at Ideyalabs usually starts with a screening call, then you go into technical interviews where they'll ask you about coding, problem solving, and your past projects. Then there are HR rounds to check out your communication, teamwork, and if you fit the company culture.
- Can you tell me about yourself and your background?
Graduate Engineer
The whole interview process was really short, like collapsed. They had three rounds: group discussion, technical, and HR. Each round was an elimination round. They started a GD with 13 people, but then they cut it short because of time and didn't even do it for the rest. The GD round was terrible. Seriously, don't apply to this company.
- Can you introduce yourself?
Node.js Developer
This was a technical interview for a NodeJS Backend Developer role. The questions covered javascript, nodejs, express, mongodb, and postgresql. Specifically in javascript, we discussed closures, what nodejs is, high order functions, promises, callbacks, and async/await, among other things.
- Tell me about closures in JavaScript.
- Can you explain what Node.js is?
- What are higher order functions in JavaScript?
Application Developer
The interview process included a coding round and then 3 interviews focused on DSA and projects, with a particular emphasis on recursion, which I found to be easy and completed within 30 minutes. After that, there was an HR round with 3 more interviews.
- Can you solve a simple greedy problem involving points and sets?
- Please describe your projects.
