Behavioral Presentation

It was a really laid-back interview, pretty much just a casual chat. The main goal was to let my personality show through because that's what the interviewer was looking for. Of course, you gotta be able to make customers feel comfortable. Be ready to discuss why you're interested in working there and why you'd be a good asset. I brought up how my past experiences made me suitable for this gig. For instance, I've worked with kids before, and Noodles is a place that really caters to families. I got a job offer right then and there.

I applied online and they responded within about 3 days, which was quicker than I thought. My first interview was pretty casual. They asked me to come back for a second interview with the General Manager, which also went well. The GM mentioned they would contact me in a week with their decision. However, that did not occur. Knowing that the management had many issues, I did not expect everything to go smoothly. Overall, it's not a bad place, I just took that a bit personally.

When I first got interviewed for the Ambassador role, they asked about my previous food service experience. They also inquired about my ability to collaborate with others, particularly under pressure. I was asked about my current school and my high school graduation. After I was hired, we discussed Noodles & Company's business strategies and how the restaurants function.
