First, I had to record a video intro of myself. After that, I met with the management team and also the CEO. I also had to complete some skills tests.

Other

This team's interview process was very unprofessional and inconsiderate. They solely rely on assessments for hiring decisions. The most unprofessional and disrespectful part was retracting an interview that was already confirmed based on assessment results. Assessments don't truly reflect a candidate's skills, capabilities, or potential contributions to the team, nor do they allow for getting to know the person. Their hiring process urgently needs to be changed; it's beyond unprofessional.

The interview was conducted over Google Meet via phone. I spoke with the hiring director and the Grant Manager. They were both really nice, and the whole thing took less than 45 minutes.

It was a pretty straightforward process conducted over the phone. They asked standard interview questions. There were two distinct interviews: one with the CEO and another with the Director of Grant Management.
