Applied for multiple roles, so this interview was back-to-back with another one. The group was super friendly, including a manager, an experienced engineer, and a junior engineer. I talked about parts of my projects. It turned out one interviewer went to my university and knew about a job I had on campus. They didn't ask me too many questions.

The interview process was about medium pace. It started with an HR phone screening, which was a little on the aggressive side. The next stage was an interview with the hiring manager, mostly focused on the particular skills. The final stage involved an interview with the team and a few random managers. All in all, it was pretty average.

Behavioral Technical

The interview process went really well, and everyone I met was great. I had a good feeling about the company and their benefits package seemed pretty solid too. The salary wasn't the most competitive out there, but with the benefits, it was still a good deal. Unfortunately, I had to pass on the offer. As a new grad, I ended up with another job interview scheduled for the same day I had to decide on this offer, which made things stressful for me.

Had a phone interview and then an on-site. It was more about personality match with coworkers, but they also asked technical questions and about my education. It's a small company with nice people, and they pay well for an entry-level role.

  • Can you tell me about yourself and your experience?
