Normal interview. First, they asked about my basic info. Then they asked if I had any relevant experience. Oh, okay. Then about the job description. After that, they asked about all my experience. There was a testing phase. Then they reached out with all the related questions about the same time.

It was pretty straightforward. I spoke with the recruiter, then had a phone call, followed by an in-person meeting. It wasn't a difficult process and didn't drag on forever with tons of interviews. I need to add more words here to meet the requirement, even though it could be explained much faster, but the system needs more.

It was a positive, encouraging, and exciting interview process. They asked a lot of questions about my goals and past roles. They also asked about my manager experience and education. I would highly recommend doing something on your own and something you believe in, like starting your own company with proper resources and founders to carry the liability.

You'll have a phone or video call first, about 15-30 mins, with a recruiter or HR. They'll go over your resume, check your availability, ask about salary ideas, and see if you're a good fit for the company culture. After that, if it goes well, you'll talk with the Hiring Manager or Team Lead. This chat is more about digging into your experience, what the job needs, and how you'd work with the team. They might ask some 'Tell me about a time when...' questions and maybe some basic stuff about your skills.
