After that, I was invited for a virtual/in-person interview, which included both technical and behavioral questions. The interviewers were friendly and made the environment comfortable, which allowed for an open and engaging conversation. In the technical part, I was given real-world scenarios and asked to explain how I would handle them, demonstrating my problem-solving and critical thinking skills. The behavioral questions focused on teamwork, communication, and how I’ve handled challenges in the past. The final stage was a discussion about the company culture, expectations, and next steps. Overall, the process was transparent, timely, and gave me a positive impression of the company's values and hiring standards.

This was an on-campus opportunity. The interview had 2 rounds. Both rounds started with introductions, then a discussion about what you know about the company and some guesstimates. Make sure you present a systematic approach and practice some case studies beforehand. Remember, there's no single correct answer for guesstimates; they are interested in your problem-solving approach. Be sure to ask questions at the end, more than one if possible.
