Great interview experience, the interviewer was attentive and professional. They were very informative about the job description and expectations. The conversation was easy going and communicative. I received a call back immediately after. The staff was professional, and the office decor and layout were beautiful. It was a great company, but the job just wasn't the right fit for me.

First, candidates send in their applications, resumes and cover letters, either online or to HR. HR might then do a quick phone or video call to see if you're qualified, experienced, and actually interested, and they'll probably ask about your availability and salary needs. After that, you might have a first interview with the hiring manager or a group of people. They want to check out your skills, experience, and if you'd fit in. They could ask about job situations, how you've handled things before, and why you're applying. Sometimes, they might give you tests or assignments to prove you can do certain things, like technical stuff, solve problems, or they might do a personality test. If they like you, you could get a second interview with more senior folks or important team members. This is where they dig deeper into what you can do, if you match the company values, and what you'd bring to the team. They might also check your references to see what others say about your work ethic and character. If all goes well, they'll offer you the job, telling you about pay, benefits, and when you'd start. You might get to negotiate things like salary or benefits before accepting. Once you both agree, you accept, and then onboarding starts. Make sure to stay in touch, reply quickly, and send thank-you notes. Being professional and enthusiastic helps a lot.

I went through a pretty straightforward interview for a secretary job. They asked me stuff about my past work, my abilities, and how I handle my tasks. Also asked about dealing with stress and keeping things organized. It was a smooth process, mostly focused on my communication skills, managing my time, and my ability to help with the everyday running of the office.
