Behavioral Technical

So the interview process I had at this tech company was pretty great. They had a really clear job description which was nice. Scheduling was super efficient, and they communicated really well, keeping me informed and being friendly. The actual interview was virtual but it was interactive and engaging, and they got back to me quickly with feedback. They gave me a lot of details about the job and what it's like to work there, and they asked some good questions that really made me think. They also made sure I had plenty of time to ask my own questions. The interviewers were professional, friendly, and really knew their stuff about the company and the industry. Everything felt really organized and transparent, which made me feel good and excited about the possibility of joining them.

It was a long and tough process, so make sure to prepare and research. There was a phone interview, a virtual interview, and a final interview with the department head. They also had a written test, so be ready for that.
