I had my first round with 2 AVPs, and it was a really good experience because the managers made me feel comfortable during the interview. After finishing the first round, I got a call from HR to get ready for the second round with the VP. Then I had my interview with the VP, which was also pretty good. After that, it's been a month, and I keep following up with HR.
