3 technical interviews and 1 fitment interview. R1 is about the basics, and the following interviews are about project and design discussion. If the salary expectation doesn't match their bracket after all rounds, HR will ghost you and reply after a month that they couldn't hire you due to salary expectations. HR should declare the salary bracket beforehand to avoid wasting candidates' time.

The interview process started with an on-campus round featuring two associates, which was quite friendly and focused mainly on behavioral questions with some basic accounting and valuation technicals. This was followed by a round in NY, consisting of three half-hour sessions with associates and VPs. These involved mostly behavioral questions, some technicals on accounting and valuation, and opportunities to ask questions. There was also a networking event with associates after the interviews.

The hiring process was quick but very detailed. I met with a bunch of different people at varying titles in a variety of groups. I had 3 follow-up meetings after the initial interview but the process moved along very quickly. The questions were very technical and you should be prepared to own everything on your resume. Be able to say something insightful about each experience instead of simply reciting each achievement. You should also have a good pitch as to what you can add to the platform. Fake it til you make it sums it up pretty well.
