The interview process included a review of my professional background and past experiences, along with a series of behavioral questions. These covered situations involving conflict, receiving negative feedback, and communication abilities. Overall, it was a pretty standard process, assuming you prepare solid behavioral responses beforehand.

Applied online and then got a recruiter screen. It was a 30 minute chat. They told me what the next steps would be and that they'd decide who moved on to round 2 the next business day. But then I heard nothing back even though I followed up a bunch about my status.

I went through two interviews and was told I'd be moving to the final round, which would be a mock call. I was asked to tell the hiring manager what role he should play for the mock call, so I had to prepare for it. But after 5 days, the hiring manager just canceled the call without giving any reason. I later found out he decided to hire someone he already knew.

The interview process was long and disorganized. I felt like they didn't have a clear plan for hiring and were making it up as they went along, which made me wonder about their overall decision-making. It would be better if they restructured it to avoid turning away good candidates. There was a lot of overlap between interview rounds, poor communication between interviewers, and they asked the same questions multiple times. Their decisions seemed reactive, and the CSuite was too involved in roles that didn't seem to need that level of attention.
