The interview process was pretty simple. They were interested in hearing about my past work experience. They didn't really get into technical stuff, it was more about discussing my previous roles and experiences. It was just one interview, and it felt pretty friendly.

I applied online and then had one interview in Tonawanda. After not hearing anything within their stated 2-week timeline, I sent two emails and two voicemails to HR. Two months later, I was told the position was filled and that the email must be in my spam folder (it wasn't). As a new grad in the field, I found this experience very discouraging.

It was a pretty chill interview, happened right in front of the production team which felt a bit weird. They didn't ask anything super tough. Seems like not many people wanted the overnight shift, and I was one of only two people who applied.

The interview was super by-the-book, like the interviewer just read questions from a list they got from HQ. Once they ran out of those, they started asking personal stuff that had nothing to do with the job or what I needed to do it. It was kinda weird and made me feel awkward.
