The interview process was easy and very supportive. I really liked the recruiter; they were very nice. The organization appears well-put-together, and the salary seems quite good. I would love the opportunity to work for nocd in the future.

Behavioral Presentation

It was a 4-part interview process, with each round being a brief 15-minute chat. The difficulty and the interviewer's approach varied a lot. The first interview ran a bit long, but the second one had to stick strictly to the 15-minute limit. There was a lot of inconsistency between the interviews and what each interviewer expected.

Behavioral Technical

I went through 4 interviews over a few weeks and then got ghosted, even though they said they'd follow up. They called the job sales, but it doesn't pay like a typical sales job with no commission or bonuses for doing well. They even said the job was 'monotonous', 'inflexible', and 'stressful'. They were late to all 4 interviews, and everyone I spoke with was either robotic or really stern. I didn't get an offer, and honestly, I wouldn't have taken it anyway because of the bad interview experience and all the negative reviews from employees and customers. It seemed like they micromanage and use pushy sales tactics to get people to sign up for their program.

Behavioral Presentation Other

This was a really tough and drawn-out interview process. I had 6 interviews in total, meeting 7 different people. One of those was in person, and the other 5 were virtual. They also gave me 2 days to prepare a big presentation using some 'mock' data, and then I had an interview on a weekend with the CEO. In the end, I just got a generic email saying they'd chosen someone else. When I asked for feedback, they ghosted me. It felt like they got all the strategies and info they needed and then just moved on.
