First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at NOBULL.
Production Assistant
The interview process was fine and the interviewer asked good questions. It was well organized overall. However, the process could have been clearer about the number of interviews involved.
- What makes you want to join NOBULL?
Footwear Designer
It's a pretty thorough interview process. You'll end up talking to pretty much everyone on the team, plus some folks from other departments too. After the first few rounds, the interviews focus more on whether you're a good cultural fit, rather than just your skills.
- What's your approach to dealing with workplace changes?
Design Trainee
I had a first chat with the recruiting director that lasted about 15-20 minutes. Then, I was set up to interview over Zoom for 30 minutes to an hour with the managers of the team I was interested in. About a week after that, I had another call with the recruiter to get an update, and then a few days later, I got the official offer.
- Can you describe your work style and why you're applying for this position, and how you feel you could contribute to our company?
- Let's go over your resume and portfolio. What are your problem-solving abilities and how do you see yourself contributing to the role we've created?
- We just had a casual chat for both situations, no specific assessment.
Recruiter
I went through several interviews with the hiring manager, team members, and senior management. The interviews were engaging and the staff were easy to connect with. Unfortunately, I never heard back after my interview with the senior manager.
- Can you describe areas for growth you anticipate in this position?
