So before the main interview, there's this quick group thing. Everyone shares why they wanna join the company and their career goals. If you're still keen after that, and you do a presentation, then there's the in-person meeting with the DM and the hiring recruiter.

Group Behavioral

We had a group interview where the interviewer was mainly interested in observing our group's responses and facial expressions while she explained the job. She was looking for signs of attention and interest as she described the job's demands and time constraints. After that, she selected a few individuals she thought would be a good fit for the company. Then, I had a one-on-one meeting where she went over the two-week training schedule, including the class dates and times.

The interview experience was quite relaxed. Finding the building was a bit tricky, but the receptionist was helpful with directions. The interview itself was more of a casual meet-and-greet where they gave a brief overview of the job, which involves working in a call center. You could see the large call center room.

Behavioral Technical

So the interview process was pretty standard. It started with a phone interview where they asked pretty basic questions about my resume. After that, I was invited for a one-on-one interview. They offered me the job a few days later. Pretty basic overall.
