I had a phone interview with the principal that lasted about 20-30 minutes. The principal seemed distracted, as they were driving. After that, the school invited me for a demo lesson. The whole experience was quite chaotic. I only got the details for my lesson, like the subject and skills to teach, the night before my morning interview. After the demo lesson, we had a debrief. I got a job offer soon after, but I turned it down because the principal seemed so unorganized.

I sent in an application online and then went to a career fair. There, I had quick chats with people. After that, some principals emailed me to set up phone calls. Following one or two phone interviews about power school, I set up a visit. I gave a demo lesson, then talked about it with all the administrators who watched, and saw each campus. Each campus visit included a chat with usually multiple people and a tour. I heard back really fast, in less than a day after my demo lesson.

I applied on LinkedIn, then got an email for a formal application on the website with some essay questions. After that, a recruiter called and said I'd hear back in a month. About a week later, I talked to 4 principals by phone. Then I had a full day interview at each campus, meeting the principals and students. At the first campus, I gave a demo lesson that was recorded, and we discussed it afterwards. A few days later, the talent acquisition specialist called with offers from a couple of schools, and I got to pick which one.
