Got an interview pretty quickly. They made me wait for 45 minutes though. The interviewer was really rude and seemed totally unprepared. They didn't even look at my resume or have a copy. The place looked super understaffed. The interviewer pointed out all my negatives. They said their hotel was amazing and I'd need to work on my wording if I ever wanted to work there, which is weird because I've been in hospitality my whole life without issues.

The interview process was very chaotic. Nobody seemed to want to make a decision, and I felt like I was put on the backburner and ghosted. I waited over a month for a second interview, which went well. I was told it might take two weeks to get back to me, but after four weeks, I heard nothing. It was very disappointing for a company that calls itself high-end.
