The interview process started with a dinner the night before the interviews. Two recruiters and two employees who are former students of the university joined us. Everyone was super easy to chat with, and they really wanted to make sure I felt comfortable before my interview. They were happy to answer any questions I had about anything at all. The actual interview was one on one and pretty conversational. They didn't really ask any technical questions. They mentioned they'd get back to me in 3-4 weeks, and they totally did. Everyone was really friendly and professional.

Went through a phone interview and then an in-person one. The first part was a group interview with 3 analysts, and then there was another interview with HR. The phone interview was mainly about my current job and what I'm hoping to find next. The in-person interview had 2 analysts and their supervisor. They were really nice and spent a lot of time talking about my past career, my experience, and what I could bring to the company. They were also very open to answering any questions I had.

I applied through my university career service and got an interview. By the time the career fair happened all interviews were filled. I went to their information session and basically knew everything about the company. The interview was behavioural questions, asked me about myself and my skills. Easy to answer questions, I even got to ask them some great questions. They were very impressed with me and seemed to really like me. Two weeks later I received an email that I got declined. If they didn't contact you soon after the interview you probably didn't get the internship

I applied for a few jobs at Noble about a month ago, but didn't hear back for like 3 months. It felt like maybe they were changing what they wanted for the roles. Anyway, they got in touch and I was called in to interview a week later. I met with 3 people, all from the procurement team. It was over an hour long, and they asked me a lot of questions about my past experiences. They'd start with 'Tell us about a time when you...' and then fill in the blank. At the end, I met with HR to talk about benefits. The next day, they called to offer me the job.
