The interviewer and interview process could have been more professional. Comments were made during the interview, such as telling me that if I didn't make it to the next round, it would be because of X. They also immediately suggested a lower-paying position that I wasn't interested in and hadn't applied for, even though they had all my details ready. It was very disappointing.

Had an initial phone chat for about 30 mins that covered my past work. Then had a face to face interview at the office in Morley with the IT manager and a developer. They were pretty cool and made me feel at ease. We talked more about my past experiences for about 45 minutes, and then I did a 30-minute competency test. They really want to know if you can do the job, but even more, if your personality fits with the team. So, check out their values and get ready for that.

Behavioral Technical

The interview process was pretty standard and professional. I started with a quick phone screening with HR where they asked about my background, why I wanted to work there, and my availability. Then, I had an online interview with the team leader. This part focused on customer service scenarios, how good my communication skills are, and how I handle tough situations. It felt friendly and relaxed, and they gave me a good explanation of the job and the company culture.
