I pull into the parking lot about 30 minutes early and just sit in my car, listening to music to get hyped up, check my teeth, and take some deep breaths. Then, about 10 minutes before the interview, I walk in. The manager comes out, I stand up, make eye contact, give a firm handshake, and then we get into the questions.
