It was a pretty direct and technical chat with the client about how they do data analytics stuff using different tag management systems, mostly Adobe Launch, Adobe DTM, and Google Tag Manager. There was just one video call for the technical part and then a phone call with HR.

Scheduling the interviews was a breeze and they got back to me super fast with feedback. When it came to the offer, most big companies take ages, like 1-2 months, but NMQ was on the ball, getting back to me in less than two days after we discussed terms. The whole hiring process, from the first interview to getting shortlisted, wrapped up in about 2-3 weeks.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

HR called me first for a phone chat, and then I had my first interview with HR in person, in English. They asked about my salary expectations, my experience and education. Two days later, HR called me again for the second interview. This time, I interviewed with the Account Manager from two different teams, and it was also in English. The questions focused more on my competencies and some creative aspects, which was enjoyable. Three days after the second interview, HR contacted me with a job offer.
