Had an interview with the recruiting manager and two junior engineers. It felt unstructured, mainly discussing their work tasks and software without exploring how my experience could fit. The recruiting manager came across as unprofessional and incompetent. Including two junior engineers felt disrespectful to applicants, potentially causing negative gossip for those not hired impacting their current jobs.
