Had 2 tech interviews, then we negotiated the offer. They asked about my background and went over what the job entails, and how I can adapt and be an asset to the team. Need to have security+ and clearance otherwise you will more than likely not get even a look at when concerning the job.

The hiring and interview process happened a long time ago. It went really well. I had several interviews with managers and recruiters. There were some technical questions, but they were pretty easy since most of the job could be learned on the go. After I was hired, the company gave us lunch during the onboarding phase. It took a while to get to the onsite interview, but the company covered the time spent on that.

I have noticed in this area that most companies require a certain clearance level to get an interview. The major interview process improvement I think would help out would be to stop having these recruiters who don't know what's going on with the jobs when they call you by phone.

The interview process was quick and easy. I was a temp and just slid into the position because I had already proven myself. I have been with the company for 3 years and have had 3 interviews for various positions.
