So first I had this general chat with the HR manager, and then the department head interviewed me for a second time. They asked more details about the job and if I would be a good fit. Everything went pretty well in both chats, and it all happened in like a week.

I applied and they got back to me the next week. The interview was with the Executive Vice President and a Project Manager. It lasted 30 minutes and felt more like a chat than a typical Q&A. It was really chill, not stressful at all.

The interview process was really good, fast, and organized. The first interview felt really nice because I mostly talked about my resume's experience and learned more about the job and company. It was about an hour and felt like a real chat, making me feel like it was a good fit. The second interview was two days later and focused on company culture, my expectations for working with a diverse agency, and how I manage multitasking with many projects. This is typical for a media agency, and I was excited about it. The final interview was about a week after that and was very thorough. I met the Senior Developer and the Director of Global Development. There was a live coding assessment that was spot on with the job description.
