Delivery Rider
It was a good experience, I learned more about teamwork, how to handle unhappy customers, keeping the bike in good shape, and riding even when the weather is difficult.
- Tell me about bike maintenance and how you handle customers and teamwork.
Sales Trainee
We started with a preplacement talk about the company. Then there was a group discussion as the first round. The final round was an interview where you had to bring your resume. Three people were on the panel, and everything was in person. After that, they shortlisted candidates and sent an offer via email.
- Could you tell us about yourself?
- Are you open to relocating to any of our office locations?
- Are you prepared to commit to working diligently in sales for a period of six months?
Customer Service Representative
First, there was a screening questionnaire, then I had to submit my resume and cover letter. I think there were 3 questions, and then a phone call interview. I thought I did a very good job but did not even hear back from them. The second time this has happened with Nixon, won't be a third.
- Tell me about your experience in customer service.
QA Engineer
The interview process was long and tedious, consisting of 3 rounds and 1 technical assessment. I initially thought they were impressed by my skills, but it turned out they had already decided on a local candidate and basically wasted my time with weak reasons for not hiring me. It's disappointing how companies aren't more flexible, especially during the pandemic, and instead reject candidates for minor things like not asking about work culture or not allowing interviewers to speak. I was told I was a perfect fit, so it feels like the decision was pre-planned and I had no real chance. Overall, it was a disappointing, time-wasting, and horrible experience that gave me a negative view of current interview processes. I'd advise others not to apply here and seek opportunities elsewhere for a fairer chance based on strengths rather than weaknesses.
- Can you describe how you would adapt to a smaller team and work environment, given your experience in a larger team and project setting?
