Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Nityo Infotech.
Senior Recruiter
The process was quick and easy. Both rounds of interviews were done within 24 hours. However, not many details were shared about the roles and responsibilities. The salary offered isn't very high, even for recruiters handling niche IT roles. The recruiters managing the interview process didn't have much information about the roles and responsibilities, nor much about KPIs and submission targets.
- Can you tell me about your experience with the recruitment process in Australia?
Recruiter
The interview process started with an HR interview via WhatsApp call, followed by an onsite interview at their office in the Batavia building, and concluded with an offer. The process was smooth until the offering stage, where the HR Manager rescinded the offer. The reason given was that another candidate had already accepted an offer first. Despite the agreement on the confirmation date deadline, they canceled my offer. It felt unprofessional and disappointing due to their attitude.
- Are you okay with demanding work and tight deadlines?
IT Recruiter
First, I had a call from HR which was a telephonic interview. After that, my second round was conducted via video conference. Once I cleared both those rounds, I got a call from HR about salary discussion. I received the documents mail and once everything was cleared, I got the offer letter.
- Can you describe your role and responsibilities at your current company?
