Had my first call with the hiring manager, it was super chill. Then, I met the research team for an intro, they asked about my background, experience and technical skills. After that, I had another intro with the research manager, which also covered my experience but focused more on social skills and how I deal with customers. It was a bit challenging but overall a good experience.

It was a two-stage interview. First, I had a chat with HR, and then I spoke with the department head. They asked about accounting principles. The interview lasted about 1 to 2 hours on the same day. There was no written test or Excel test. I felt like they had high expectations but weren't willing to offer a fair salary.

The interview process was smooth and well-organized. It consisted of five one-on-one interviews, each lasting about 30 minutes. We had good discussions where they asked questions and also provided details about the role and how the department is structured. Scheduling was easy, and HR was flexible with timing. The company maintained great communication throughout. The team seemed very friendly and dedicated.
