I knew the HR Consultant from networking. He told me his client was looking for an HR Manager and asked if I was interested. I sent him my resume. He did a phone screen. Then I met the Consultant, Controller, and CFO together. After that, I met the President one-on-one and then the COO.

We started with an HR phone call, then I had a one-on-one with my future manager, followed by a team interview. Some of the management members tried to intimidate us, but overall it was pretty easy and informal. They didn't really have a structure or ask specific qualifying questions.
