The interview process has 3 rounds. The first round is a technical round focusing on basic to mid-level technical questions across various subjects. The second round is another technical round, also with basic to mid-level questions, but the lead might ask random questions depending on their mood. They might still ask about areas you've said you don't have experience in. The third round is with the client or HR, which is usually smooth and straightforward. I passed all these rounds and completed the document verification and got the salary breakup. The role was also confirmed. However, I haven't received an offer letter yet.

Recruiter picked my CV for an automation engineer role, though I mentioned my strengths are more in manual testing. They started with an automation interview, but the interviewer seemed distracted, repeatedly asking me to repeat myself. He then moved to automation framework questions. When I inquired about the specific job requirements, he confirmed it was for an automation engineer, then left mid-interview and had the QA manager take over. The manager began with basic questions, like asking if I could draw an asterisk pyramid using code. I asked him to focus on the actual role we were interviewing for. He then asked if I had any questions for him. Essentially, they weren't fully engaged throughout the hiring process.
