First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Nissin Foods.
Production Operator
The process was straightforward, and I didn't encounter any issues. They took a bit of time to schedule the interview. The interviewer was polite, and I have no complaints. It seems worth it. They say it's not hard to get in, but they expect a lot. If you have the time, you can work overtime and earn a good salary.
- Tell me about your experience in your last job.
- What courses have you taken?
Analyst
The interview process involved three rounds: a technical interview, a personality assessment, and a presentation of accomplishments. It was conducted virtually. The team seemed great and the role interesting, but I had to withdraw my application due to personal circumstances. The commute might be challenging if you don't live nearby, though the hybrid model helps.
- Could you share some of your key achievements at your current job and explain how they relate to this position?
Information Technology
The interview process was very good and the interviewer asked questions clearly. It's important to be fluent in English as you'll be interacting with Japanese foreigners, so please speak slowly and smile. When introducing yourself, use formal language for better comprehension.
- Can you describe your educational background?
- What is your professional experience?
- What are your core technical or hard skills?
Sales Operations Analyst
There were two interviewers, the manager and the director of sales. It was a one-on-one interview. First with the manager, then the director came in. They really wanted to know how I could take the data we collect and apply it to real situations. They asked for specific examples and suggested it might be helpful to have some printed out.
- Can you explain how you translate data into practical, real-world applications?
