Software Engineer Intern
You'll be in a room with engineers and they'll ask you mostly behavioral questions and about your resume. Make sure you know your resume because they will ask you a lot about it.
- Can you introduce yourself?
- What do you consider your greatest strength?
Quality Engineer
We had a phone screen and then an in-person interview. The phone call was for screening purposes, and the in-person one was for a technical evaluation. They asked several questions about statistics, the PPAP process, and the APQP process, and then we did a plant tour.
- Can you explain the difference between cpk and ppk?
Production Assistant
It was a pretty straightforward interview, with questions like any other job interview. Just stay calm and everything will work out in the end. They ask a bit about your life, what you want, who you are, and if you've worked in the field before.
- Were you experienced in this field?
Process Engineer
Had three very long phone interviews, followed by a well-conducted in-person interview. We toured the factory, but no specific problems or expectations were discussed. During this visit, I asked many questions about the process, employees, and the company overall, but the responses didn't seem entirely genuine.
- Can you describe your strengths and weaknesses?
