So as an internal hire, the whole interview thing starts with setting up a time and a quick pre-screen to see if you're even qualified and have the right background. Then you get into the actual interviews, where they ask you stuff to check your skills for the job and also how you work with people. Sometimes, you might have a group thing where you all discuss stuff to see how you handle problems and if you'd fit in. After all that, they talk about how you did, and then they decide. They'll let you know if they're offering you the job or if it's a no, and why.

It was a good interview and they were looking for someone with excellent communication and good accounting experience and knowledge. They asked me to explain a topic, like a family holiday experience, which I did well. They also require accounting work experience.
