This is an Indian consultancy. They pitch candidates to join them. The interviewer was polite and a very good person. First, they ask you to pay $700 for training. Their overall structure involves adding fake experience (min 8 years) to your profile, getting projects from various companies, and earning commission through salary difference (e.g., they get $150k from the employer, pay the candidate only $75k, and the rest goes to the consultancy). The only reason international candidates join a consultancy is that they sponsor their visa.
