So, we had to wait about an hour, and even though they said it was a 15-minute interview, it ended up taking 30 minutes. It was just me and two HR people, and honestly, it felt a bit disorganized, like maybe they don't have much interview experience. The questions were pretty basic, and they were nice enough, but the whole vibe of the place, from how people dress to the office decor, felt super conservative. It gave me a real old-school impression.

I got to the interview 30 minutes before it was scheduled, and the nice guard at the gate told me to wait until 10 minutes before my interview time to go in. The CEO and the QC Supervisor interviewed me. They both asked general questions about me and my experience that related to the job. They didn't ask me any deep questions about the position itself. Both guys were really polite and professional. The interview was about 30 minutes long.

The company actively recruited recent college graduates for Sales Representative roles, accepting any major as long as candidates showed a strong desire for sales. The initial interview involved meeting with the office and regional managers who reviewed resumes and asked general questions about my experience. The second round included a personality test and an aptitude test covering high school-level math, English, and geography, including map identification. The final stage required me to deliver a mock sales presentation, after which the managers were happy and extended an offer, discussing salary, benefits, and start date.

The interview process was short and casual. I spoke with them at a career fair, and the interview was in Japanese, though conversational Japanese seemed sufficient. Two people interviewed me, but only one asked questions. The questions they asked were not difficult.
