First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Nippon Paint.
Production
I had two interviewers. One person, who's a Plant Operator, was really careful looking over my resume. The other one, the Production Manager, was more focused on seeing if I'd be a good personality fit, though they did look at my resume too, just not as closely.

Marketing Specialist
I had an interview with HR first. They asked about my salary expectations, where I'm living, and my qualifications. Then the team leader asked some questions about my marketing experience and architectural backgrounds and also told me about the role.

Product Specialist
It was a phone interview and then a face-to-face. The entire process went by quickly and was easy. They asked typical interview questions and it wasn't high-pressure. Everything was fine, and they weren't too pushy. Overall, I was happy with how the interview process went.
