Administrative Assistant
They were super friendly and gave a lot of info. When you share stuff about your personal life with your answers, they can relate to you on a personal level too.
- What makes you want to join Nintendo?
Administrative Assistant
I applied online and heard back from a recruiter. I had one phone interview, and then two in-person interviews. The first in-person interview was with the stuffing company and there were two people interviewing me. After that interview, it took three weeks to get the results and find out about the next interview. The second interview was with a group of three interviewers. They got back to me with the results after four days.
- What is your knowledge about Nintendo?
Administrative Assistant
I applied online and got an email. Then there was a phone interview with HR, which was really short and seemed like a screening. After that, I had a phone interview in Japanese for about 30 minutes where they asked about my experience and told me about the position. Finally, I had an in-person interview with three people. I really liked them and felt like I wanted to work there because they were so nice. They didn't ask any difficult or weird questions; they just wanted to see if I would be a good fit. However, the person who was supposed to do the first 15 minutes of the in-person interview had a sick day, so I didn't get to hear about compensation or other small details, which was a bummer.
- Could you tell me what you know about Nintendo?
- Which Nintendo game is your favorite?
- What prompted you to leave your previous position?
