It was pretty straightforward - they asked why I wanted to work there, about my weekend availability, and when I could start. Also asked if I was eligible to work and if I had references they could call.

Got a call back about a week after applying. They set up an interview. It was super basic, just asking about my strengths and weaknesses. They really liked when I talked about customer service because that's what they care about most. They also said to smile and make eye contact a lot, especially if applying for front-end jobs, because they want friendly people. I got an offer a few days later.

The interview process was quick, basically just formality questions. They don't really ask about your experience or if you know anything about fruit. You basically get hired on the spot if they like your answers to the interview questions. Management is easy for the most part, though sometimes it's a bit iffy.
