Sales
The interview process was very informal and laid back, with basic sales-related questions and discussions about salary and benefits. Note that management has changed since then, and the process has become more involved and difficult.
- Tell me about your sales experience.
- What is your availability to start?
Graphic Designer
The interview was pretty chill, not stressful at all. They asked stuff that was about the job, not just random personal questions. They mentioned that there might be more interviews if they need to ask more questions. You can also tour the place if you want. There was more than one interviewer, and each person asked their own questions.
- Could you describe your design process?
- How do you feel about working in a team environment?
- Which past projects did you enjoy the most?
Sales Associate
The interview process was very comfortable. They showed me around the store and let me ask as many questions as I wanted. I talked with the manager and the owner.
- What qualities do you find important in a work environment?
Graphics Designer
I was called for an interview at their main office, but ended up being interviewed in a temporary shelter they had set up in their parking lot. It was a trailer with more than 10 people working inside.
- Can you tell me about a challenge you encountered at your current job and how you handled it?
