First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Nikon Metrology.
Commercial Assistant
I spoke with the client directly. First, I had a meeting with HR, and on the same day, I met with the department manager. They were really clear about how the team is structured and its dynamics.
- How would you handle the group's dynamic?
- Do you think you would fit in with this group?
Field Service Technician
I went through an agency for this. It was pretty easy, not tough at all. The interview was on Teams, straightforward. They mostly just asked about my past jobs. It wasn't like an interrogation, just a chat about my experience.
- Can you share details about your previous work history?
- What are your past work experiences like?
Reliability Test Engineer
I arranged the interview with the recruiter at Nikon Metrology. I met with the Group Quality Manager and the VP of Quality & Service in an office room for about an hour.
- Could you share details about yourself and your research experience?
- Can you provide an example of a situation where you came up with ideas for reliability testing?
Production Technician
Had a Teams call and then met in person for a facility tour. The team that gave the tour was great and knew a lot about the company. It was cool to see the factory and meet some of the folks working there.
- What unique contributions would you make to this role?
