I had a chat with a recruiter who was super nice. They told me about the company and the team I might join. Then, they hit me with three physics questions that are tough to answer on the spot, even if you know the material. I messed up two out of three and that was it for me. It's a bummer because I really thought I was a good fit and would do well there, but I guess that's how they filter people early on.
