The process was quite personalized. I reached out to a few Principal Investigators, and they responded by offering a Zoom meeting. These meetings typically lasted around 30 to 45 minutes. We usually started with me explaining what I was looking for and discussing my past experiences, and then they would describe their lab and the projects they were working on.
