It was a long process with many technical questions. Just prepare beforehand and you should be fine. There were 3 rounds of interviews with different levels of management. Overall, it wasn't bad, just need to be knowledgeable about the role you're applying to.

Applied online and then had a Zoom interview with one or more people from the lab. I found this to be a pretty relaxed process, but you should reach out to labs you're interested in first, because just sending in the online application isn't enough in my opinion.

The interview was done virtually with the Principal Investigator alone. A link was sent a few days before. They asked basic questions like Tell me about yourself, strength, weakness, some behavioral and technical questions but nothing difficult.
