Support Worker
The interview was conducted online via video chat, due to COVID-19. It was a pretty straightforward process overall, especially if you've got previous experience in similar roles in disability services or aged care.

The interview process was good, overall the atmosphere was easy and friendly. It was an online interview. They asked to be very flexible with availability, but at times it was confusing when not given these hours as a casual employee.

The hiring process was pretty straightforward and not too challenging. A recruiter was involved in setting up the interviews, and it followed a typical structure. The first stage involved a one-on-one meeting with the hiring manager, and I appreciated that they were punctual and I didn't have to wait.
- What would be your approach if an employee reported a complaint about a colleague?

very easy, simple questions, to see if you can fit in with the company goals, and to see if you have the skills for hard core cold calling sales. it is a challenging position because of all the different barriers that exist. overall easy interview
