Talking with Nightingale is a really nice experience. It begins with a call from a recruiter. If they feel you're qualified and would fit in, you'll then speak with two recruiters who will ask more in-depth questions about your skills and the job. If they decide you're a potential match, they'll arrange an interview with the hiring manager, and from there, you might have one or more additional interviews. One of these could be a panel interview to discuss the team, the role, and what's expected.

My interview experience was pretty good. The recruiters were easy to communicate with, making scheduling simple. The interview itself felt organized, and the interviewers made me feel comfortable. They asked good questions about the job and let me show off what I can do. They also answered my questions about the company and role. It was a smooth process and I got a good feeling about the company.

The interview process was great and took a little over a month after an initial questionnaire. I first talked to a recruiter who was really good at communicating. Then I spoke with the Senior Director, who seemed like a great person to work for. After that, there was a fun panel interview with some team members and managers I would have liked to work with. I had one last panel meeting with a mix of people I'd met and some new faces. Everything was done on Teams. I thought I would get an offer after the last meeting since everything went so well, but unfortunately, they weren't able to hire me and suggested I contact them again later.

It was a complete waste of time. I went through two rounds of interviews. My main frustration is the lack of professionalism and follow-up on my application status. They didn't even send a simple email update, leaving me to wonder if they'd finished their search or if it was still active (even though I was more than qualified). I've learned from experience that poor communication during the interview process usually means miserable communication during employment. So, I feel like I dodged a bullet. Just be aware that they will freely waste your time.
