Maintenance Technician
Different heads in different departments will ask you questions based on their knowledge and what they are looking for. Mostly visual interviews or online. You need to have a strong internet connection.
- What type of maintenance do you have experience with?
- Can you describe your understanding of safety protocols?
- What are your thoughts on ownership in a maintenance role?
Manager
There were 2 stages which involved technical questions and an assessment that went on for 2 hours. The panelists were approachable and quite engaging. The only downside is that they are slow to provide feedback, requiring candidates to follow up. The overall experience wasn't bad.
- What makes you want to work for CCHBC?
Intern
The whole experience was super smooth. It started with an assessment, then the interview followed. Finding the place was easy. It took a bit to get going, but once it did, it was really well put together. It was over in just a few minutes. The people interviewing me were really nice and made me feel at ease with their approach. They even provided lunch after the interview. Definitely the best interview I've had, and it seems like a great place to work.
- Tell me about your goals and aspirations.
- What are your potential contributions to the company?
- Could you elaborate on some specific points from your resume?
Associate
The interview process was pretty standard. There were some typical questions, like 'what will you add to the company' and others. A group of lawyers were involved in the hiring process at the company.
- What can I add to the company?
